Feels damned good to be back in the gym, even if two-a-days are the wet dream of Satan. All the kinks are worked out of my leg after the rehab from last season so here it goes - time to kick ass and take names. We tip off in 28 days. Not giving up til that trophy is raised up for this city.

Sometimes it's tough to be a sports fan.

I don't do 100 free throws a day, minimum, just because there isn't a better way to keep yourself grounded in the fundamentals of the game. I do it because when I'm there, I'm not alone.

And if you don't get that, I can't explain it to you.
